Patroness of the month – Mary, Queen of Peace, pray for us
The heart of Mary. Mary was attentive to the concerns of Her heart. Her Immaculate Heart. And in it, there was and there is, the whole world. She was attentive and alert. Attentive with the mindfulness that embraces each and every one of us, embraces the world. Maybe that is how the secret of the meeting is born? Carrying the world in one’s heart and living in the world mindfully, but not belonging to it.
Intention of the month
Let us pray for the rulers of states: may our God and Lord direct their minds and hearts according to His will, so that there would be lasting peace and the prosperity of nations throughout the world.

“For this is how God loved the world: he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life” (John 3:16).
“He was in the world that had come into being through him, and the world did not recognize him. He came to his own and his own people did not accept him. But to those who did accept him he gave power to become children of God, to those who believed in his name who were born not from human stock or human desire or human will but from God himself ” (John 1:10 -13).

Exercise
Proposal for the whole community:
Invite the neighbors, the neighboring community to an ordinary, everyday lunch or dinner … Let’s try, as a community, to MEET the “other” WORLD.
